By accessing our website and/or using the School, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We are not going to ask you to click a box full of thousands of words, just agree to these simple statements and enter into the spirit of working together to enable a more sustainable built environment.
Funding Stakeholders means organizations that financially support the School, including Partners, sponsors, government bodies, industry organizations and other contributors that fund the School’s activities and development.
We are committed to:
- Keeping your personal information, including personally identifiable information as applicable (“PI”), confidential, safe and secure at all times in accordance with applicable law.
- Providing learning resources to visitors to www.supplychainschool.com free at the point of use.
- Never selling or releasing your PI to any third parties, except for Funding Stakeholders, which may be necessary as evidence to access funding or for the purpose of co-promoting sustainability training.
- Our partners and funders enable us to provide free learning through www.supplychainschool.com. Any organisation with whom we share personal information is committed to remaining compliant with applicable data protection laws.
- Keeping your organizational data safe and secure when a School Partner (i.e. an organization that has entered into an agreement with the School) has identified your organization as one of their key suppliers or priority suppliers (defined as an organization that has had a business transaction with the School Partner). Your PI will be shared back to your client safely and securely.

By using our website and/or the School, you understand and agree that:
- You will receive information about School training events, resources, or industry-related communications to ensure you are gaining the most value from the School. You can manage your preferences or opt out at any time through your profile settings.
- You will use the training materials and resources for the benefit of your organization, not for resale or other commercial purposes.
- Assessment responses are treated as confidential and are used by the School to provide relevant sustainability advice and support. We may share assessment data with Funding Stakeholders where required as a condition of funding, or with partners that identify you as a supplier. Any organisation receiving this information is subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- When you join your corporate account, your details as an individual will be accessible by your organization administrator(s).
- You will answer all statements accurately to help ensure the support you are signposted to is as appropriate as possible.
- This does not form part of any pre-qualification process and therefore does not guarantee any new business.
- The School and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. Action Sustainability and the School Partners accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or claims arising out from the services offered and the use of the website and the School. You will use the advice and guidance provided at your own risk. We give no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the functions of or information on our website, nor do we warrant that the information provided by the School will meet your requirements.
- The School logo/brand unless given express permission. All content, materials, branding, trademarks, logos and resources provided through the School remain the property of Action Sustainability.
- We cannot guarantee that access to our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may suspend or restrict access from time to time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
- Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of such third-party websites.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
